TEAM MEMBERSHIP

The Wheelmen racing team is a grass-roots cycling team based out of Northwest Ohio. The Maumee Valley Wheelmen have been a racing club since 1969 and this team represents the club in cycling completions across the country.

The goal of the race team is to promote our club and sponsors, and most importantly, the sport of cycling in our community.

You can sign up for the 2017 race team by contacting Nick Mossing. The requirements to be on the team are straightforward:

Must be a current MVW Club number
Agree to promote our sponsors
Must race in 5 races (outside of Tuesday night club races)
Agree to work as a team

Benefits:

Race team members get exclusive merchandise discounts at Cyclewerks, Stages Cycling, Infinit Nutrition, and Rolf Prima. Race members also get discounted cycling coaching from Attack Cycling.

Think about joining the team! You just need to race a minimum of 5 races a year and it can be across multiple disciplines (road, MTB, CX, track) - we'll start official sign ups later this fall.
